Next, he talked about WASAI Technology developing this All-In-One DNA Sequence Accelerated solution, which optimizes BWA-MEM and GATK algorithms, effectively shortening the processing time from 34 hours to within 8 hours. This helps to elevate the effectiveness of genome analysis and at the same time keeps the accuracy and consistency.
