It allows genomics variant caller users to experience high performance, up to 11x faster, in comparison with the CPU-based secondary analysis without any changes.
WASAI Lightning Plus has run on Dell, HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise), and QCT (Quanta Cloud Technology) servers, the qualified server models for the Intel PAC D5005.
