TAIPEI, TAIWAN, Aug. 30, 2019 – Under the lead of TTA, WASAI has devoted ourselves to Plug and Play, the accelerated programs focusing on building the relationship between 1107 startups and over 280 internationally-known corporations in order to benefit startups in mentor consulting and investment matching.
Plug and Play's mentor, Bow Rodgers have plenty of international company management experience, besides, he has much experience in coaching startups. Bow gave WASAI a strategic guide to review the overview operating model which can help us to focus on different stage to achieve WASAI's company mission. After several rounds of consulting with him, we are more aware of the goals of each stage. In addition, through TTA and Plug and Play network, we are under discussing business with another accelerator- SVAdvantage to targeting potential business with the participating mentors. The mentors will also assist WASAI in business development, talent recruit and investment match in the United States.
Weeks in Silicon Valley was a memorable and fruitful adventure. In the experience sharing session, we deepened understanding each other with mentors and advisors and got useful and inspiring ideas and views from other startups, which we believed might be a helping hand in our future development. In the meantime, we also visited some Taiwanese international corporate group partners’ branch office in the United States. By negotiating the cooperation model and the market development potential of the follow-up US market, we took engaging with related firms as a precious chance to augment the base for our expansion in the oversea market.
It’s our pleasure to be selected by TTA to join the Plug and Play program, where startups gathered together, energizing each other and elevating the cohesion of the whole working crew. With the fertilization of the experience in Plug and Play, we anticipate harvesting on WASAI’s growth in the near future.
